AT&T continues to drive the conversation of utilizing technology to inspire change in the form of Inspired Mobility. For the uninitiated, the campaign is about embracing technology to be utilized as part of religious/spiritual organizations. For example: embracing Twitter/Facebook to share parts of the sermon, using an app to livestream Sunday service, pay offerings by the way of an app, etc.
Earlier today was their final Google Hangout as it was hosted by Jason Caston – church technology expert & creator of the iChurch Method. Today’s guests included James Andrews – the founder of True Story Agency and DeVon Franklin – author & film producer.
They discuss the power of social media and utilizing them for social good in the world. From importance of hashtags, going viral, the power of #BlackTwitter & #BlackLivesMatter, as well as tips on how to get started infecting social change. The entire video is under an hour so it won’t eat up too much of your time.
