The revamp of the classic first-person shooter that really kickstarted the genre, Doom, finally has a release date. Last week, Bethesda Softworks revealed that gamers will be able to pick it up on May 13th for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One. It will ship in the standard and collector’s edition priced at $120 which comes w/ a 12inch Revenant demon in a metal case.
Those who pre-order Doom will get the Demon Multiplayer Pack that includes a special demon armor w/ 3 variations, 6 paint colors, 3 iD Software logo patterns, and a set of 6 Hack Modules. Definitely looking forward to experiencing the campaign as I was fortunate enough to give multiplayer a spin in its Alpha form and I enjoyed it.
