There were reports of it happening as it has finally came into fruition. Android Messages is available for the web as well as more features arriving to the app as well.
Android Messages for the web will offer the ability to send/receive texts from your computer, GIF search, smart replies built-in, previews of links within the thread, and a one-time password copy that required verification. Nice!
It will roll out so it may take a little bit for you to access the web app & new features. Who’s interested in giving this a shot?
