After a lot of full leaks w/ not much left to share, today we got the latest from BlackBerry w/ the KEY2 smartphone. Sequel to last year's productivity champ and I loved last year's model. Let's dive into everything that's new about it.
You have a 4.5inch 1080p LCD display w/ 434ppi, 35-key backlit + touch-sensitive physical keyboard w/ integrated fingerprint sensor still on the Spacebar, new Speedkey allows you to customize any button on the keyboard, powered by a Snapdragon 660 CPU, 6GB of RAM, 64GB or 128GB of storage expandable up to 256GB via microSD, an 8MP selfie camera, rear-facing dual cameras w/ a f/1.8 12MP + f/2.6 12MP sensors, running Android 8.1 Oreo, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, headphone jack, and a 3500 mAh battery w/ Quick Charge 3.0.
You also still get all of the pre-loaded BlackBerry Suite of apps along w/ the default Android apps. Unfortunately, BlackBerry is charging $100 more than last year's model. So this means the KEY2 will start at $649 & will be out this month.
So now that everything has been revealed, what're your thoughts on the KEY2?
