Today is the day for OnePlus fans: the unveiling of the OnePlus 6T. This is the more powerful version of the OnePlus 6 which came out earlier this year. This year, things are a little bit different. So along w/ the specs bump, there are some new things that come along w/ the 6T.
A powerful list of specs but they got rid of the headphone jack.
So the OnePlus 6T will offer top-notch specs – no pun intended. It will offer a 6.4inch FHD+ AMOLED display w/ 2340 x 1080 resolution + small top-drop notch, powered by a Snapdragon 845 CPU, choice of 6GB or 8GB of RAM, 64GB/128GB/256GB options of storage, a dual camera setup w/ a f/1.7 16MP main shooter w/ OIS + f/1.7 20MP secondary shooter, a f/1.7 20MP selfie camera, running Android 9.0 Pie w/ Oxygen OS, an in-display fingerprint reader, and a 3700 mAh battery.
One could say the T stands for T-Mobile as this will be the 1st OnePlus device to get official carrier support. You’ll be able to go into a T-Mobile store, demo it, and then buy a OnePlus 6T. So along w/ that, Verizon certified the 6T as well so this will finally be able to work on Verizon. Oh, happy day.
The OnePlus 6T starts at $549 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB version, the 8GBRAM +128GB goes for $579, and the 8GB RAM + 256GB version is $629. The 6T will go on sale on November 1st @9AM EST. You can save up to 50% off of the 6T by trading in multiple devices for it @T-Mobile.
So which version of the OnePlus 6T are you picking up?
