For all of my Spanish-speaking folks out there who own an Amazon Echo device. you can now talk fluently to it.  Effective last week, Amazon rolled out Multilingual mode to Alexa devices.  It allows users to switch between English or Spanish quickly.

Amazon opened up the Skills Kit back in April and have now ready for US customers for Echo products and Alexa supported devices.  Amazon Music users can ask Alexa for Latin music playlists in Spanish as well.  The new skill is rolling out to the US in English + Spanish, Indian English + Hindi in India, and Canadian English + French in Canada.

This is a welcome skill & great for Alexa users.  However, the folks over at Amazon are on the tardy side of things as Google Assistant + Siri already support the Spanish language.  I guess better late than never.
