Today, Samsung made their Galaxy S20 family a bit bigger w/ their latest addition: the Galaxy S20 FE (Fan Edition). We talked about it in depth in regards to leaks/rumors as it is finally official w/ pre-orders, pricing, & availability.
So the S20 FE will offer a 6.5inch flat (not curved) Super AMOLED 1080p display w/ 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 865 CPU, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage expandable up to 1TB via microSD, IP68 dust/water-resistant body, an optical fingerprint reader (not ultrasonic), running Android 10 w/ One UI, stereo speakers w/ Dolby Atmos technology, and a 4500 mAh battery w/ reverse charging, fast wired + wireless charging.
On the camera side of things, we got triple camera setup on the rear. So you have a f/1.8 12MP w/ OIS, f/2.2 12MP ultrawide, & f/2.4 8MP telephoto. Capable of 3x optical zoom w/ a software-based 30x Space Zoom as well as offering 4K video not 8K. On the other side, you got a f/2.2 32MP holepunch selfie camera.
Pre-orders kick off today w/ pricing starting at $699 for AT&T and T-Mobile while Verizon will be selling for the unlocked price of $749 for their faster 5G speeds. The color options will be Cloud Red, Cloud Orange, Cloud Lavender, Cloud Mint, Cloud Navy and Cloud White. There will be a promo option to trade-in to save even more $$ on this.
