A few weeks ago, Mophie announced some new charging solutions for your Apple products w/ a new 3-in-1 + 2-in-1 charging stands and an all-in-one battery pack. Today, we’re talking about that battery pack which is officially called the Powerstation All-In-One. It arrives in 2 color options of Black & Gray w/ a $140 price tag on it. We’ve spent a few weeks w/ it and let’s talk about it.
The Powerstation All-In-One charging brick is definitely on the lighter side of battery packs. It’s not super thick not super thin either as its a nice in-between. The outer shell is mostly plastic however in addition to that, it has a rubber lining around the top part where you would charge your Apple Watch + wireless charge devices. And on the side, you got the standard Mophie 4-dot LEDs to show off the battery life. All while weighing in at only 0.24lbs to make it easier to throw in a bag w/o weighing you down.
So as far as what you can do w/ it, a lot actually. It is an 8000 mAh battery pack that can charge up to 4 devices at once – including an integrated Apple Watch charger that can flip up or lay down. You got an 18W PD fast charge USB-C port that can give you 50% of juice in a 30-minute charge. This is also the port used to charge the battery pack as well. There’s also a standard USB-A port and a 5W Qi wireless charging pad on board. Mophie quotes they battery to give you up to 42 hours of juice on an iPhone, 11 hours on an iPad Mini, & 7 hours on an iPad Pro. And they more or less live up to those numbers.
This is the only way to keep all of your Apple products charged while on the go.
Now the battery pack w/ charging pad on it has been done but other companies as of late. But I haven’t seen a built-in Apple Watch charger on one before. Allowing you to charge all of your Apple devices (iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods/AirPods Pro, & other device) in one sitting. I like it a lot. Now that $140 price tag might be a bit much for some of you to swallow. But unlike the other cheaper models, Mophie gives you a 2-year warranty over the 1-year others on Amazon will give you.
