So a new year means a new color option for the Nintendo Switch.  They’ve been dropping a lot more lately w/ probably the most popular one being the Animal Crossing edition.  This latest one is in honor of their iconic character: Mario.

Atypically, Nintendo’s official custom paint jobs have been in only the Joy Cons but this is a top-to-bottom paint job.  This $300 Mario Red & Blue Edition Switch offers a little bit more than a nice paint job.  You get a Red w/ Blue-trimmed carrying case & screen protector alongside a Red dock, Blue accents on the Joy Cons, Blue controller grip, cables, etc. you would normally get as well.

Also, coming is an enhanced version of the Super Mario 3D World game w/ a new Bowser’s Fury expansion.  This is a remastered version of the 4-player co-op 2013 game that came out for the Wii U.  This puts Mario teaming up w/ Bowser Jr. to stop the massive + out of control Bowser.

Both the game & the new Switch color option are due out on February 12th.  However, you might want to keep in mind that we may get a new Switch later this year.
