Next up, we have Samsung new-and-improved earbuds w/ the new Galaxy Buds Pro.  they’ve appeared to ditch the bean-look from last year’s Galaxy Buds Live and went back to the Buds Plus design.

The new Buds Pro changes the design ever so slightly to be even more comfortable.  Its still IPX7-rated as you got 11mm woofer + 6.5mm tweeter inside to level up what they’ve been doing on the audio side of things.  The design also allows for a better seal for improved noise-cancelling as well as a better ambient mode that can amplify nearby noise up to 20 decibels.

New on-board sensors will allow them to know when you’re speaking to switch to ambient mode automatically – allegedly.  You got 3 built-in mics and a dedicated voice pickup unit to better pick up your voice during phone calls.  There’s even new Wind Shield technology to better combat external noise as well.  There’s even a new 360 audio featuring Dolby Head Tracking technology which is said to be Samsung’s answer to Apple’s spatial audio.

Battery life is said to similar to other ANC earbuds w/ 5-hours of juice and a little longer w/ it off at 8 hours of juice.  The charging case will get you an extra 13 hours of juice w/ ANC on + an extra 20 hours w/ ANC off.

The new Buds Pro is due out tomorrow for $199 and will arrive in Black, Silver & Purple color options.  You can pre-order yours right now
