Yesterday, Google unveiled new features coming to their Google Photos app to make it even better. This brings an entirely new video editor into the mix that adds a lot more than you can previously do.
The new video editor gives you over 30 new controls that allows you to crop, perspective change, filters, manual controls for brightness, contrast, saturation, & warmth. So the good thing is that the update is already here for iOS but Android will have to wait a few weeks.
Also new, is the Portrait Blur, Portrait Light, Blur, & Color Pop effects which were Pixel exclusives are now coming to Google One subscribers. For those of you interested, Google One online storage starts at $2 per month for 100GB which includes benefits + trials to services and go up to 30TB for $150 per month.
Google is opening up their Google One storage since their unlimited photo storage on Google Photos is about to go away in a few months. So their prepping the transition for themselves as well as their Photo users.
