Actually announced slightly ahead of CES is what could be new drones from DJI’s potential competition ( as they don’t really have any).  We got the new line of drones from Autel Robotics w/ the Evo Nano series & Evo Lite series.

Let’s start off w/ the Evo Nano which is would be their equivalent to the DJI Mini 2.  It will offer a f/2.8 48MP sensor on a 3-axis gimbal capable of 4K@30fps, 28 min flight time, armed w/ forward/downward-facing obstacle avoidance sensors, 7.4 mile transmission range, and weighing in at only 249g.  It will require a smartphone to fly via their Autel app though.  It will start at $649 & goes up to $799 for the Premium bundle w/ extra batteries & such.

Then there’s the Evo Nano+ which gives you everything the standard one does but upgrades a few things.  Like a f/1.9 50MP sensor for better noise reduction + low-light capabilities.  This comes for more $$ starting at $799 & the Premium bundle going up to $949.

Now moving to the superior of the 2 despite the name: the Evo Lite series.  This is their Mavic Air 2/Air 2S competitor.  The Evo Lite & Lite+ both offer a 50MP CMOS sensor w/ phase-detection autofocus on a 4-axis gimbal ( a 1st for a drone) to shoot videos vertically for easy editing/sharing for mobile devices, an impressive 40-minute flight time, 6GB of internal storage w/ microSD card slot, and can record in 4K@60fps.  The Lite starts at $1,249 w/ the Premium bundle going up to $1,549.

Now the Evo Lite+ upgrades things to a larger 1inch CMOS 50MP sensor to better capture in low-light + reduce noise w/ its adjustable aperture from f/2.8 to f/11 where you can change your depth of field + exposure.  The larger sensor also adds the ability to shoot in 6K@30fps as well as 4K@60fps.  The Lite+ will start at $1,349 w/ the Premium bundle costing you $1,649.

These new drones are coming sooner than you think as you can already reserve yours as we speak.  Will one of these be your next drone purchase?
