So w/ all of the CES madness going on, folks still gonna get their leak on.  This time around, we’re talking about the Galaxy S22 again.  But this time we got more pics and specs on what to expect for Samsung’s top of the year flagship lineup.

As you can see above, they more or less resemble that of the S21 lineup from last year – save for minor details on the S22 Ultra.  But we’ll start off w/ the S22 + S22 Plus side of things 1st.  The S22’s screen will shrink a bit form 6.2 to 6.1inch screen size.  The S22 Plus will shrink a bit as well going from 6.7 to 6.5inch screen size.  Both devices will get a huge upgrade to 50MP main wide sensor coupled w/ an ultra-wide + telephoto ones as well.

Now moving onto to the big boy: the S22 Ultra.  Like we previously discussed, it will have a squared-off top/bottom w/ curved edges and it will have a built-in S-Pen holder.  You might be looking at the unofficial Note replacement BTW.

You got no camera bump but retain the massive f/1.8 108MP main sensor but adds something new called Super Clear Glass to potentially reduce glare/dots at night.  That’s always helpful as that has been an issue to plague Samsung’s cameras for night shots/videos.  Outside of that, we’ll have a f/2.2 12MP ultrawide, a f/2.4 10MP 3x telephoto, and a f/4.9 10MP 10x periscope cameras.  Inside will be Exynos or Snapdragon CPU, up to 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage, & a 5000 mAh battery inside.

And last but not least, Samsung will sell a 45W fast charger w/ 1 USB-C port which could point to a boost in charging speeds form 25W to 45W.  Thankfully, we won’t have long of a wait for MWC and we shall see.
