Another day, another price hike for a streaming app. This time around its ESPN Plus app for all of you sports fans out there. Now this will occur for both the monthly & annual plan so there’s no way around it unfortunately.
So the monthly is going up from $7 to $10 monthly while the annual plan goes from $70 to $100. The price hike kicks in on August 23rd so its not quite right away as you got a little over a month before it kicks in. The upside is that if you’re apart of the Disney bundle which includes Disney Plus as well as Hulu; pricing will remain the same. At least for now anyways.
Remember when we all thought that streaming would be the next thing and was a cheaper cable alternative? Yeah, good times. As we ask they boost the quality control of the content, they’re gonna increase the price. The way of the world these days. Thoughts on the price of ESPN Plus going up?
