- Google claims Jelly Bean will be Android's fastest & smoothest OS to date with CPU boosts and triple buffering for graphics for smoother animations.
- Google introduces Google Now, a new self-aware service for Android that updates your favorite sports teams, learns your regular commute. Kind of more subtle Siri that works in the background.
- Google adds their native Cloud Messaging ability.
- Improved Voice Search along with the option of Offline Voice Typing.
- Expandable notifications to view more content (bigger images & more text).

- Adds Bluetooth option for the Android Beam feature.

Google also announced the new OS to arrive for the Galaxy Nexus, Nexus S, & XOOM sometime in mid-July via OTA. Android is looking better and better these days.
