Well, I guess we have at least one more phone leak before we officially enter 2020. This time around, we’re talking about next Pixel from Google. Not the Pixel 5 but the Pixel 4a line of devices. So we got an idea of what to expect visually from the new budget Pixel 4. This bit of news is thanks to the folks over at OnLeaks and 91Mobiles BTW.
So based on these CAD renders, the forthcoming Pixel 4a will offer a more refreshing look to their budget line. You got a single hole punch selfie camera but none of the Soli sensors Motion Sense or IR blasters for their Face Unlock on the front of the device. As far as the display, we’re guessing somewhere around 5.7 or 5.8inches for the standard size. On the rear, we’re looking at the same square camera housing from the Pixel 4, a 3.5mm headphone jack on the top half, and a fingerprint scanner. Outside of that, the standard USB-C port and speakers.
The Pixel 3a was revealed earlier this year at I/O 2019 and unless something changes, we can expect the same launch. Since the battery life was a little shortcoming w/ the Pixel 4 line, would you be interested in the more affordable Pixel 4a line?
