Just as previous rumors suggested, the Moto G is confirmed to launch for Verizon’s pre-paid selection of smartphones next week. Priced at $99.99, the latest from Motorola can be paired up w/ $60 pre-paid plan w/ unlimited talk + 2GB of data and step up to 4GB of data for $10 extra.
The Moto G offers a 4.5inch 720p HD display, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 5MP rear-facing shooter that records video in 720p HD, a 2070 mAh battery and running Android 4.3 (VZW’s version will get 4.4. Kit Kat soon). The budget friendly Motorola device will be available online starting January 9th and in stores later.
This is a pretty sweet deal for a great device.
