This new device is the CDMA version of the Gemini, set out to replace the 8300s as the new base level BB. The Aires will be made available to CDMA carriers like Verizon and Sprint/Nextel (as well as Bell, Telus, Virgin, etc). Also sporting the new optical trackpad which will be replacing the atomic trackball on all new up & coming non-touchscreen BBs after the Tour. The new trackpad has the blogosphere going crazy as best thing on BB since the 4.5 OS.
