Actually the game has been out for about a week now but I have spent some time playing it before deeming it worthy of TGSB standards. It definitely is. For anyone who enjoyed playing Batman: Arkham City Lockdown for iOS should love this. The mobilized version of Injustice: Gods Among Us (powered by the Unreal Engine) offers a 3-on-3 fighting system a la Marvel Vs. Capcom where you can tag other teammates in-and-out.
Injustice uses swipes and taps to attack while giving you access to special moves at one touch of a button. The app is free for all things iOS with built-in app purchases for character upgrades/moves, etc. Starting off you have access to Lex Luthor, Cyborg, & Nightwing and the more you play – you can swap out for different characters.
The console version of the game lands next week on the 16th for the PS3, Xbox 360, & the Wii U. The iOS version can unlock content between the two for those who register with a Warner Bros ID.
