Sony’s stance on sharing games on the PS4 have been clear in regards to physical discs but on the digital, not so much.  In hopes to put gamers minds at ease, they made sure to answer some unanswered questions in an FAQ posted on their blog.  Every PS4 owner will have to activate it as their primary console so the sharing can begin.  You can have up to 2 consoles up-and-running but only one can be your primary system.

Afterwards, downloaded games can be played by you and people using different users.  You will however need a PS Plus account to take advantage of some features like online multiplayer & more.   Make sure you hit the link to the PS Blog to check out all of the information in full.
