Hey gamers: remember Killer Instinct, the combo-induced fighting game from 1994? It is coming back as launch title for the Xbox One. How many of you were good enough to pull off an Ultra combo? We were fortunate enough to play it at the 2013 GameStop Expo – equipped w/ Turtle Beach headphones and the Killer Instinct arcade sticks. More on it below.
- Obviously, the game is beefed up on the graphic side of things as it has entered the new-age of gaming on the visual-side of things.
- The same characters you loved like: Jago, Sabrewulf, Glacius, Chief Thunder and Black Orchid are back as more characters to revealed as the launch date approaches.
- For those of you who mastered the combo system way back when, they are still in place as new gamers can learn them from the command list.
Killer Instinct is a blast from the past w/ modernized visuals. ’90s gamers and newer one will love it!
