Today is the day where Google unveils all of the new things coming to Android + Chrome OS to make everyone lose their minds. After pretty much confirming that we will see the next big update to the mobile OS, one thing we almost forgot about is Android TV. According to the folks over at the WSJ, Google will announce their return into the living room w/ their 1st streaming set top box since Google TV.
The 1st Android TV box is said to be powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 4 CPU while the ones that come later will use Intel chips. Video games will be the focus as gamers will be able to pause a game on your smartphone and then pick up where you left off at home. Existing Android devices will act as remote control.
So are you ready for Google I/O?
