While we’re still a few weeks away from Samsung’s S20 Unpacked event, more & more details keep leaking out on it.  Today’s topic of discussion is the top of the line of the new Galaxy S line: the S20 Ultra 5G.

We see the pinhole selfie camera in the center like on the Note 10 series of devices along w/ an insane camera housing and super thin bezels.  As far as specs, the S20 Ultra is shaping to be the top of the line Galaxy S device.  It will be armed w/ a massive 6.9inch 120Hz AMOLED display w/ 3200 x 1400 resolution, Exynos or Snapdragon chipset, 8GB or 16GB of RAM, 512GB storage  expandable up to 1TB, Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, IP68 dust/water resistant body, running Android 10 w/ One UI 2.0, and a massive 5000 mAh battery.

Along w/ all of that, we got a rather larger camera module on the rear and for good reason.  It has a 108MP main sensor, 48MP telephoto capable of 10x optical zoom + 100x digital zoom, a 12MP ultra-wide, and a ToF (time of flight) sensor.   It will be able to handle up to 8K video @30fps BTW.  On the front you got a 40MP selfie camera that can shoot 4K @60fps as well.

So Samsung usually puts all of the bells & whistles into their devices but this time around, they cranked it up to 11.  Since this is the top of the  line model, this will easily be the most expensive.  How high will the price be?  That is something else we’ll have to wait for.  As we get closer, I’m sure we’ll be catching wind of even more details on everything coming that day.

Did the S20 Ultra move to the top of your list of devices you want to pick up?
