While we’re still a few months away from Google’s fall event, we’re already getting an idea of what to expect from the 6th-generation Pixel from Google. But yesterday, we got a good detailed look at what we can expect from the Pixel 6 line.

The new leak is courtesy of Jon Prosser over at Front Page Tech dropped a new video showing off leaked renders of the new phones. Now Jon Prosser has been a little hit & miss lately w/ the leaks but these images get the co-sign/corroboration from leaked Max Weinbach sans the colorway. According to his sources, we’re getting the Pixel 6 & the Pixel 6 Pro in the fall. Making the end of the XL to swap out for the Pro line to join other phone manufacturers in the naming schemes.

If this look comes to fruition. Google is definitely making some stark changes w/ the Pixel design language – at least for this model. We see possibly the return of premium materials, a large horizontal camera hump w/ 2 or 3 lenses depending on the 6 or 6 Pro, and an in-display fingerprint reader. Outside of that, we see an Orange color options w/ White & Black paint mixed in there as well.

So Google is really looking to pivot a bit in regards to the upcoming flagship Pixel launch. Google is said to drop their own chipset instead of using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon and the possible arrival of the elusive Pixel Watch smartwatch. I kind of hoping this comes to light as this is most stark design for Google’s phones.  I only hope the features/specs can match the look to go along w/ it.
