Jabra announced a new lineup of earbuds earlier today w/ some new features & a new price point to match. Meet the new Elite earbuds series which carries a similar design language from their Elite 75 + 85t buds. We have the Elite 3, the Elite 7 Active, & the Elite 7 Pro ranging in features & pricing. Let’s get into all 3 of them and what makes them different.
So starting w/ the Elite 3s, these offer 6mm drivers for audio, 4 mics for phone calls, IP55 water-resistant body, and 7 hours of battery life that can expand to 28 hours w/ the USB-C charging case. However, you don’t have ANC on board or Qi wireless charging support but you retain multi-point Bluetooth connection.
Now moving onto the Elite 7 Active (their more fitness-focused buds) & the Elite 7 Pros (their most premium & feature-packed buds). There are some similarities and some differences between these 2. Both offer a charging case that supports wireless charging, ANC support, & 9 hours of juice on a single charge w/ ANC on + up to 35 hours with the case.
The Elite 7 Active will give you a ‘ShakeGrip coating’ for a more secure in-ear fit while exercising, a redesigned charging case. While the Elite 7 Pro will give you “MultiSensor Voice” that uses bone conduction sensor, 4 mics, & algorithms to give you the best call quality.
The Jabra Elite 3s come in at only $79 and will arrive in 4 colors options of Purple, Beige, Navy, & Gray. You can pick these up today while the Elite 7 Series (Active for $179 + Pro for $199) will come on October 1st.
