As Google I/O approaches on May 19, so do the leaks of potential hardware we could see teased or unveiled at the company’s developer conference. One of them is Samsung’s Galaxy Glasses, which were spotted in the leaked images over at Android Headlines. And apparently, Samsung is working on not one, but two smart glasses.

One, reportedly, is a display-free product with the codename ‘Jinju,’ similar to the Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2, powered by a Snapdragon AR1 chip, a 12MP Sony camera sensor, bone-conduction speakers, and a 155 mAh battery cell, with pricing ranging from $380 to $500. The other one’s codename is ‘Haean,’ as it would be more premium and similar to the Meta Ray-Ban Display, with the same specs as the other model but using a micro-LED display with a $600 to $900 price tag.

We mentioned Google I/O, as both smart glasses are expected to run Android XR with Gemini integration. The Jinju model is expected to be unveiled at Google’s developer conference, while the Haean model is expected to launch sometime in 2027. Perhaps we can see other Android XR-powered smart glasses at I/O as well, or before the end of the year.
