Not to be undone by HBO Now, Showtime just announced their very own standalone streaming app. But similar to HBO’s service this will also launch as an Apple exclusive available to all things iOS.
The service will go live in July as it will be cheaper than HBO Now as it will only cost you $10.99 per month. Allowing you to enjoy content like Penny Dreadful, Dexter, Masters Of Sex, Homeland, Shameless, House Of Lies, Ray Donovan and much more.
The app will bring live viewing content from their current lineup of shows/movies to go along w/ their on-demand library of content. There will also be a new Showtime channel for your Apple TV to go along w/ new apps for the iPhone & iPad.
