Everybody's working for the weekend! And it is here. It has been an eventful week w/ MWC + GDC earlier and Pax East kicking off this weekend (we'll be there!). This week season 3 of House of Cards premiered on Netflix. We also got new trailers from Fast 7 + Avengers 2 along w/ details on what to expect from Jared Leto's Joker.
We got to see the new HTC One M9, Grip fitness band, & VR headset along w/ the Samsung Galaxy S6 + S6 edge. We also got to see a new smartwatches from Huawei + LG, Pebble's new premium version of the Time, and new devices unveiled from Blackberry. Next week is the Appel Watch and whatever else the company plans to unveil.
A Different World (Hulu)
Originally a spinoff of the Cosby Show that follows Denise Huxtable going off to college transcended into its own and after season 2. A Different Wold is 6 seasons long and highlight students attending a historically black college dealing very real issues like AIDS, date rape, racism as well as the lighter stuff like dating, taking more than 4 years to graduate, and of course, good times. This series will make its way to Netlfix later this month but if you have Hulu, you can watch it now. Still a great show many years later -except for the 1st season.
